*Condition Eligibility Criteria & Terms

• Heat Pump upgrades have not been previously claimed through the Energy Savings Scheme (ESS).
• Landlord permission must be obtained before the work is commissioned if you are leasing the property.
• *Free is for commercial customers with a standard replacement of an existing electric element hot water systems installed outside and being replaced in the same location or up to 3m from the original location as long as it is deemed compliant.
• Commercial customers under the NSW ESS are Small to Medium business Energy Customers consuming less than 100Mwh per annum (833Kwh per month or 280Kwh per day).
• Stark Energy will provide the assessment/install to a permitted contracting body under the ESS to undertake the compliant replacement.
• Offer available in metropolitan and greater Sydney surrounds. NSW Regional locations will be subject to availability of a permitted contracting body.
• All certificates created to be signed over to Stark Energy and/or their Activity Providers to subsidise the cost of the heat pump and installation costs.
• All decommissioned hot water systems must be removed from businesses for recycling purposes.
• Any additional cost incurred or required will be discussed prior to installation for approval by the customer.
• Offer is subject to Heat Pump availability and can be withdrawn at any times notice.
