What size system do you need? 

Commercial solar can range from small to large scale, depending on what your requirements are. They can be straight forward or complex, either way Stark Energy will help find a solution to meet your requirements.

Our installation team will arrange a site visit to assess your building and discuss your needs.

For commercial systems, there are some points to consider:

Up to a 30Kw system (small scale) the structure for commissioning your solar system is similar to residential, with approvals typically being quick. In circumstance where you have a flat roof, tilt frames may be required. If so, these will need to be approval by council, we can assist you through this process. 

Between 30 – 99kw systems (medium scale) in South Australia, SA Power Networks oversee this process and provide special permissions on a system of this size. You will also need a special system installed to protect the Grid from the large energy produced. 

At 100+Kw (large Scale) you must register with the Energy Regulators and become an accredited power station. For this sized scale, time frames for install can vary vastly from 3-12 months.
